Is the TFTP server configured to send files? Solar Winds by default will
only receive files. Is solar winds logging anything?

your interface on the router might be going bad.

Run "test interfaces fa0/0" to see if it passes that
level of inspection.

Also, if you have a linux box handy try to manually
tftp your file to the linux box. This might help you
determine if the problem is local to the router or if
any device doing a "get" from your server is having
trouble.
