I found this very vague reference to what you're talking about, but no
detail.

Snmp-server enable traps
This command is disabled by default. Most notification types are
disabled. However, some notification types cannot be controlled with
this command.

If you enter this command with no notification-type keywords, the
default is to enable all notification types controlled by this command.

I assume the "some notification types" are tty and x.25.

Please notes that if you enable traps bgp only, by default, tty and x.25
traps also will be enable. And if you don't specify any specific traps
when sending trap to host, then bgp, tty, and x.25 traps will be sent.
And this is the different between two below solutions.
