Rack Rentals - What are the choices?

Hi,

My home lab is missing some components, 3550's, ATM, and voice capable
routers.

I'd like to rent some rack time to get some hands-on practice with.

I'm hoping I can rent rack time in 4 hour increments but I don't know if such
a thing is available.

Also, I'd like to spend as little as possible. So, I'm wondering what are the
options available and how much should I expect to spend?
