I have removed neighbor statement from R5 and R6 (Spoke routers). R2(hub) has neighbor statement but it didn't work.
It is still not working after putting neighbor statement. My Hub router (R2) is using point-to-multipoint subinterface with ospf point-to-multipoint nonbroadcast.
Spoke routers are using physical interface with ospf point-to-multipoint nonbroadcast. Following is output of show ip ospf ne and debug on R2. R5 and R6 indicates Full but R2 indicates Loading. Not sure what is wrong this config was working before. #@#*(@*#@*#
R2#sh ip ospf ne
Neighbor ID Pri State Dead Time Address Interface
136.10.6.6 1 LOADING/ - 00:01:40 136.10.100.6 Serial0.100
136.10.5.5 1 LOADING/ - 00:01:53 136.10.100.5 Serial0.100
R2#debug ip ospf packet
OSPF packet debugging is on

> As you can see in example from Doc. CD, neighbor command is only used on hub and no neighbor command on other router. I am having problem with adj. when command is only on Hub router. what is correct way to configure point to multipoint nonbroadcast, the way that works or the way that is documented in CD ?

> OSPF Point-to-Multipoint, Nonbroadcast Example
> The following example illustrates a point-to-multipoint network with nonbroadcast:
>
> interface Serial0
> ip address 10.0.1.1 255.255.255.0
> ip ospf network point-to-multipoint non-broadcast
> encapsulation frame-relay
> no keepalive
> frame-relay local-dlci 200
> frame-relay map ip 10.0.1.3 202
> frame-relay map ip 10.0.1.4 203
> frame-relay map ip 10.0.1.5 204
> no shut
> !
> router ospf 1
> network 10.0.1.0 0.0.0.255 area 0
> neighbor 10.0.1.3 cost 5
> neighbor 10.0.1.4 cost 10
> neighbor 10.0.1.5 cost 15
> The following example is the configuration for the router on the other side:
>
> interface Serial9/2
> ip address 10.0.1.3 255.255.255.0
> encapsulation frame-relay
> ip ospf network point-to-multipoint non-broadcast
> no ip mroute-cache
> no keepalive
> no fair-queue
> frame-relay local-dlci 301
> frame-relay map ip 10.0.1.1 300
> no shut
> !
