Hi group,
Regarding the last part in the ISDN Dial section answer, even if dialer-list
1 is configured, I cannot see why the backup machine can utilize both serial
& ISDN because :
1) as EIGRP update are suppressed in the BRI0 in normal case, all traffic
destined to 136.10.56.0/24 should use the serial link
2) when the backup is in process (i.e. match ACL 101) and assume the serial
link is UP, the next hop still use the serial interface, so there should be
no packets traversing the BRI link, thus the dialer-list statement didn't
take effect.
How can load sharing takes place ? Thanks.
