Actually my answer would be the following:

ip prefix-list test13 seq 5 permit 200.202.160.0/19 ge 24 le 24

This way the routes accepted will be:

200.202.160.0/24
200.202.161.0/24
200.202.162.0/24
....
200.202.191.0/24

That is, the 32 "class C" subnets, right?, any opinion?
