Looks like a lot of Marketing bs to me.

A legitimate business publishes company information on their web site,
such as names, addresses, phone numbers, CCIE numbers, etc.

Dear William,
I wish I can tell you that you that your deduction is right.
simply try to contact this site and you will have reply like this one:
"

Dear ,

Thank you for being interested in our product.

First of all please accept our apology for not providing the online
transaction service, Actually the site was planed to be lunched one
month later, however because the CCIE certificate is a time sensitive
subject and their topics keep on changing we had to lunch our site with
the basic functions, and as you are going to see in the coming few
weeks, the site will be fully automated at your fingers tips, online
transaction and online shipment selection plus a lot of new ideas that I
cant disclose it now.

Apparently lunching this book at this point of time was a
very right decision; as the demand on it was unexpected which will
encourage us to create more attractive ideas that will make the life of
the CCIE candidates much easier.

The mission of our company SHORTCUT is to give you a
Short-Cut to your goals, prevent you from spending unnecessary time,
money and effort in non-optimal paths. We only can show you the shortest
way, we light it up for you, however you have to walk your self and do
your part perfectly.

This book was the result of group of CCIEs efforts, and then its been
rearranged and gathered by the published author, in our company there no
individual works its all harmony team work, I wish you appreciate the
effort spent in this masterpiece.

I am attaching with this email three documents; first two is
the book contents plus some sample pages. Last one is the information
you should send it to us in case you are interested to have one copy,
then I will send you further information on how to purchase your copy.

Your feed back is crucial for us, and your new ideas are most welcomed.

P.S. We are very interested to know how did you know about us, and in
case you can help us advertising our products we shall appreciate your
help and effort on our way.

Sincerely yours

To me it doesn't look like bluffing

What do you think?

I would agree with you that it sure looks shady. I've seen this exact
post:

"one CCIE told me about one book which is enough by the name of
CCIECOOKBOOK"
from web site www.biznasonline.com/cciecookbook.
Any feed back?
Thx"

In several places today and my guess is that the person posting, asking
about this book, is the one trying to sell it....
