Waheed,

    Make sure that you do not have any spaces on the end of your key chain
name under the interface. Unlike most commands IOS does not remove white
spaces if you add them for this command, even if you hit a space and put a
question mark, that space will remain. If you are using SecureCRT you can
highlight that whole line and it will show you if there is an extra space or
not. Other than that we would need to see your configs to make sure you set
it up right.
