Someone might have a better answer than me, but this is something I've come across before, the link seams stable, there seams to be no conflict in the configs, the only thing that I've been advised to do is to diable CDP on these interfaces & everything seams to continue functionning properly.

I'll monitor this string, I'd be delighted for someone to offer a beter solution
