   Thank you for your reply.

   But r172, the 1 is not the letter 'l'.
  
   Finally, I remove it by delect all the entries in the prefix-list (sh ip prefix display r172 has 0 entries), then add a new entry to it. and reuse the command "no ip prefix r172" and it gone.
