    Hi Roger,
Sorry on your failed attempt. I don't believe you need to
complete the lab in 5-6 hours, leaving 2-3 hours for verification. It would
be great if this is achieved but it is
not something to go all out for and worry if you don't make this, what I
believe unrealistsic time frame. I passed
on my second attempt last June. I finished with 15 minutes
left for verification. I have to say though that my approach
during the lab was simple. As I configured a certain routing protocol, I
made sure all the routers that were going to be in that protocol had exactly
the same routes. Did this for all the IGP's and BGP. Did not do any
redistributing until all was verified 100%. So I guess you
can say I incorporated verification during configuration. Since I was short
on time at the end I did one check that I
always performed during my study prep labs. Made sure all routers have the
exact same number of routes for the
main IP network. For example, lets say your network is
155.155.0.0. Router 1 show ip route might say ,
155.155.0.0 is variably subnetted, 28 routes... I then checked all the other
routers and kept my fingers crossed.
They all said .. 155.155.0.0 is variably subnetted, 28 routes... This is
just a quick check that will make you feel
good if they all match. If not, hopefully you'll have time to
find the missing routes. Of course this does not include other routes but I
feel is a good, fast, single check. Best
of luck.
    Danny
