If the boot field is 2 through f, if there aren't boot system commands
on configuration file, if there isn't a valid image on flash device, the
router tries to boot from the network using the "default image name".
Now these names depend on the router's plataform, ie, c7200, c2600, etc.
If r1 is a c2600, r2 has to have ios for r1 loaded into his flash with
the name, and with command tftp-server flash:default-image-name-c2600
