lock down MAC address on 2950- 24 switch ?

Professional's, I am looking to configure a 2950-24 Catalyst such that each
port will only accept one MAC address. I do not want the users to be able to
plug different NIC's into the ports.

Is there a way to configure this ?
I will use show arp to get the initial MAC address'es.
