I already put port f0/9 as u see below that port f0/9 ip up up , this
port is connected to a router with ethernet port ip address 20.1.1.100
and in the other side , there is a router with Ethernet Ip 30.1.1.100
connected to port f0/15 in vlan 3

just see in down-back switch, there is only one trunk port, you should
add another prt in vlan 2 and test from this port.
