OOT: Dynamic DNS client for router?

Hi all, I wonder whether or not Cisco has implemented Dynamic DNS client on
IOS?

My router IP address is assigned via DHCP (therefore it will change when it
expire/renewed).
I would like to run a dynamic dns client on my router just like those on
PCs to update the dns name whenever the IP address is changed.

Does anyone of you has come across such function/command in IOS? Thanks!
