Hello Todd,
I am not sure if you will get an answer to the confidentiality of companies
networks. I would seriously doubt it since 12.3 is just released, most
companies are probably testing with 12.3 in isolated lab, and waiting to see
the issues that come out first before rolling it out to production. We will
probably see 12.3 in production when 12.4 is released. Which would be
probably some time late next year.
