I configure a neighbor command in R2, too..

then, The eigrp neighbor between R1 & R2 is established..

But, In your solution

Do R1 & R2 send & receive a unicast updates?

=>But i want to only send a unicast updates to R2..

   So Ensure that EIGRP-Multicasts are not sent to the
R2...

=> Does your solution satisfy this query ??

R1>
 router eigrp 100
 network 1.1.1.0 0.0.0.255
 network 2.2.2.0 0.0.0.255
neighbor 2.2.2.2 serial 0 **

R2>
 router eigrp 100
 network 3.3.3.0 0.0.0.255
