NetBIOS & NetBEUI difference

Hi group,

Are there any resources that concisely describe the difference between
NetBIOS & NetBEUI protocol ? As far as I know, both are non-routable
protocols and requires some kind of bridging (e.g. DLSW+) facility to
transport across an IP backbone. Are they dependent on each other ? There
is a kind of NetBIOS ACL in Cisco, how about NetBEUI ? Thanks.
