2505, 2507, 2516 hub port traffic monitor problem?

Hi:

I am trying to use sniffer to capture packets on 2505 and 2507 hub port. I can
only capture the traffic on the port sniffer PC attached. Unlike the switch,
there is no PORT MONITOR or SPAN command supported on 2500 serials router. In
my opinion, hub should transfer the packets to every ports. Is any difference
in cisco design? How can I monitor the traffic of other ports?
