Snapshot routing does not work with EIGRP because EIGRP has hello packets
that keep bringing up the line. In that sense, EIGRP is a bit like a link
state protocol.

I am not saying you could not use some tricks or other features to make
snapshot routing and EIGRP work on the same link, but snapshot routing does
not work naturally with EIGRP.
