Correct...why would anyone use 6 routers with every protocol known to man,
redistribute all of them, and expect it to work?

Because then you must really have an understanding of the protocols to
make it work.

That is why CCIE is one of the best Certs to have. Not to say that people
without it don't know more about networking than those who do. OR vice
versa!

But I sure have learned more about networking while going for this than
I ever knew existed!!!

That is a plus in itself!!

I am working a BGP lab -
R1, R2, R3, R6, & a 3550XL directly attached to R1 are in BGP AS 401

the instructions say:

Configure R1 and the 3550 in sub-as 65060
Configure R2, R3, & R6 in sub-as 65050

How do I do this? I am looking all over the doc CD & the Halabi book cannot
find sub-AS
