If the destination mac address 0c00.0000.aaaa is on an ethernet segment then
both
answers are incorrect. DLSW uses non-canonical addresses in filters and the
address would have to be converted to 3000.0000.5555.

If the address is already in non-canonical format then your answer is better
than
the given answer since the given answer does not address the SNA
restriction.
You could still use the dest-mac and an lsap-output-list.

The statement "peer can only be established" would indicate to me that you
would want to add the dynamic keyword on the remote-peer statement.
