There is a 2950 model: WS-C2950C-24 (24 10/100 ports and 2 fixed
100BASE-FX uplink ports)
I think the original poster was looking for just uplink FX but if they
wanted all FX Cisco sells a 3550 that has 24 ports of fiber:

I think the 2924M-XL is the only choice. I don't think you can get a
2950
or 3550 with a 100FX module. Or jump up to a GBIC switch
