I think your looking for "no logging console"
If your connected via a VTY you can use the "term no mon"

While troubleshooting the router, I find a lot of
messages are coming onto the console, even if I
haven't enabled any debug commands. These are
basically the IP inspection messages as CSIS is
configured in the router. I would like to know how to
stop these messages from appearing the screen so that
