Look at the key wording pieces....

The fact that something mentions "bytes per time slice" kinda rules out
Priority Queuing and Class Based Weighted Fair Queuing. And the part in
parentheses really describes exactly how Custom Queuing works in IOS
12.0 and later....

So.... You need to have an idea about how each of the queuing
techniques works. Many times labs or scenarios will not tell you
specifically what to use, but will drop "hints" about the functionality
desired. Sometimes it won't say anything at all! But you have to know
enough about all of them in order to choose the correct one.

Subject: What Kind of Queueing ????

How i configure this Queueing-Problom??

-----------
 Question
------------
 - I want to configure R1's So-interface(T1=1.544Mbs) such that
Telnet,FTP,
& Remaining-Traffic use 1/3 of the Bandwidth each.
 - & i want to configure queueing such that none of the traffic defined
at 1/3 above uses more than 1000 bytes per time slice
(i'm allowed to exceed 1000 bytes per time slice only if there is
part of
a remaining individual packet that needs to be emptied from the
queue)

==> Do i have to use What kinds of Queueing???

Thanks..
