Cisco Catalyst QoS: Quality of Service in Campus Networks by Flannagan,
Froom, and Turek.
New book that is an excellent field reference for deploying QoS in the real
world. It also explains QoS on the switching platforms much better than
Cisco's documentation in some areas. This is not like the DQOS book which
explains QoS in a more detailed fashion for routers, this book is strictly
for the different Catalyst platforms.
The doc CD does cover policing for the 3550 platform, but Shaping is not
available on the 3550 at this time. I would look for it in the future.
HTH.
