Hi folks:

I'm studying several docs about the different QoS features supported by
Frame Relay interfaces and specially about how to implement each one, and I
have some doubts relating to this:

1-If they said to implement CBWFQ on a frame relay interface, do you MUST
also enable Frame Relay Traffic Shaping?? If you see this link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/tech/tk543/tk545/technologies_tech_note09186a008009489a.shtml

then you can read (for the 7200, 3600 and 2600 series routers): "On these
platforms, CBWFQ on Frame Relay interfaces is always in the context of
Frame Relay TS." And you can see that the config samples contain a FRTS
config too, besides the tipical commands related to CBWFQ.

I'm wondering, is this document is only related to 12.2 IOS? What must i do
in the lab where (by the moment if you believe the last news about changes)
the 12.1 release is only tested?

2- Some similar issue I've seen with RSVP on Frame Relay interfaces. I've
found a doc (but now this is a doc of 12.2 ios release) where you can see
that YOU MUST enable FRTS if you are using RSVP on Frame Relay. You can see
this in:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fqos_c/fqcprt5/qcfrsvfr.htm

In this case, i'm wondering if this rule applies to 12.1 release too, or
not. What do you do if they say:configure RSVP for this F relay interface,
but they don't specify anything about TS parameters?

Anyone can provide some help here? Maybe am i missing somethig important?
