You would use this command if you are connecting

1] remote peers over a frame relay cloud &
2] you do not want to use TCP remote peers

FYI --- CCO's example is wrong. I fooled around with this off & on for 4 days
before I got it to work. On the 2nd day I opened a TAC case & the engineer
could not get it to work in their lab !

If you are really interested I will send you my completed config for it.
I have to get it off my other laptop.
