Yes you need to use a multipoint sub. It will not let you use an SVC under
a point-to-point sub. The best way to think about it is that you are going
to go to multiple destinations. First you have to go to the ARP Server,
then you have to go to your final destination. There isn't just a single
point that you will always go to so it must be multipoint.
