I was fortunate to beta test some of the labs. I have to say they are very
very good. They really challenges my understandings of the
fundamentals---those topics that I thought I know before I do the lab-:) And
there are also a wide spread of topics in each labs which provides good
exercises for IOS features, voice, Multicast, and etc.

$695. I haven't seen the workbook, but attended NMC1 and NMC2 classes, so
