12.3 not affected according to Cisco links posted here already. Funny I
was going to upgrade my lab to 12.3 anyway for research purposes. I
wonder how many production sites will consider taking on 12.3 vs.
applying fixes/acls?

I heard many major ISPs are having emergency maintenances (code
upgrade?).
I also hear that it is not realted to this bug below but can't be sure.

reload, not a telnet DoS.
