I have seen something like this similar before. This was on a MFT. This
was occurring when a UTP cable was used instead of an STP cable. Might pay
to ensure that the cable is correct. If so, check with the ISP...

Chuck,
No, there no errors showing up on the serial.
That is why I was wondering if its causing any communication disturbance.
Someone told me that as long as it is not showing up on the router,
it is not affecting the communication. I think it does affect the
communication
somehow.
Clocking is configured correctly(I have other circuits configed exactly the
same)
by the way.

Yes, it probably is causing some other problems for the higher layers.
First make sure your clocking is set correctly. If the carrier is
providing
clocking, then your DSUs should both obtain it from the line. If they're
not providing clocking, then one of your DSUs should provide clock. If
your
clocking is OK, then you may have noise on the line or something else. Are
there any errors showing up on the serial interfaces?

I have a simple PPP connection. On one DSU, I have Errored Second
counting up.
It is aboout 10~20 ES every 15 mins. I was wondering if this causes any
communication
disturbances on the higher layer.On the other DSU, I do not see any ES.
