When you call to 7, the router change it by 3333 and will make the call
to 3333, so in voip dialer you should config destination-pattern 3333.
My opinion.

num-exp 7 3333
!
dial-peer voice 101 voip
 destination-pattern 3333
 session target ipv4:192.168.100.1
!
