Priority Queuing

I have a lab that requires all traffic flowing into r1 e0/0 to be placed
into a queue.
 
E Mail High
WWW Normal
All other traffic Low proiority
 
The answer config showed the priority list placed on E0/0
 
 
I think the answer is wrong. Priority queuing only works on outbound
traffic.
 
Am I crazy ?
