Hi Jim,
I recently took the DQOS course offered online by KnowledgeNet.
I found the format of the course well structured and very useful in
preparing me for this subject.
After being done with the course I feel more confident about QoS, because
now I have a better understanding of the purpose of each QoS feature as well
as their impact on the network.
This particular course comes with online classes and virtual labs which
allow you to practice configuring many QoS features and also see the effects
that those features have on converged networks.
If you want to see more about it visit KnowledgeNet's website and search on
their Cisco courses for DQOS.
(I am not affiliated to KnowledgeNet)
Cheers,
David
