How about the "dlsw icannotreach saps F0" command which will tell the remote
router that it cannot reach the SAP of F0 which is netbios.

Subject: DLSW Filtering
Hi Guys,
Lets say I have router R1 and R2 connected via frame relay, configured DLSW
peering using TCP encapsulation working fine. Now if i like to configure R1
to prevent R2 from accessing any NetBIOS without using access-list, is there
a solution for this ?
Regards
Mike
