When you configure a switch port as a reflector port, it is no longer a
normal switch port; only looped-back traffic passes through the reflector
port.

of it?
When enabling RSPAN the mirrored traffic is sent to a "reflector port".
that same packet is "looped back" into the switch and placed into RSPAN vlan
to be sent to the remote switch where the destination port is configure,
hence the term "looped back"
