eigrp unequal load balance

I just wondering if I anyone has load balance between a router connected
to a remote site via t1 and a wireless unit which is in turn connected
via Ethernet on both ends the bandwidth is 20 mbs.I would like to
either load balance or give the wireless higher priority over the t1,
however if the wireless is down then the t1 kicks in,,,
 
Here is my setup
                       T1
    routerA-------------------------Router B
( Wireless)------------------------| Wireless b via ethernet
             20 mbs Wireless
