Hi,
This behaviour is true only for the clns routing, ip routing does not
undersdtand the bit set by l1/l2 routers and so does not put in a default
route. Enable clns routing and you will see the default route on the L1
routers.

route if it is a stub router connected to a level-1-2 router ?
