You can
1) buy it from Cisco
2) buy it on eBay
3) get it from a reseller, quite possibly for free. Look up the local ones
on the CCO.
4) get friendly with networking staff at any large Cisco shop (like your
own company :-)
5) quite possibly get one for free if you get chummy with your local SE
(they tend to be quite helpful with folks working towards the CCIE).
6) make http://www.cisco.com/univercd/home/home.htm your home page for a
couple months. Same contents as the CD.
