Do you have IT experience, most employers that are hiring CCIE's are looking
for the cert along with experience, if you dont have experience, you might
have to take a lower job until you get the experience. There are plenty of
jobs available. Also, you may have to relocate. Here are some websites for

www.hotjobs.com
Also you can go to company websites as well.
Finally you can go to www.cisco.com, and do a search for resellers, and you
can try to work for a cisco reseller.
Been in your shoes before, hang in there.
