If you have ip router isis configured on the loopback and add the passive
interface command it will actually remome the ip router isis from the
loopback0 interface.

If you have passive interface under router isis and add ip router isis under
the loopback, it will remove the passive interface command from router isis.

In other words, it's one or the other no matter how you configure it..
