Interestng. Last 6 times in raw I found Aussie Tech. whom I was teaching how
the things work and what I need from him. They didn't have even basic
knowledge. All the times, I chose to wait till morning to requeue case to
USA.

The worst part of Cisco TACs is their Bingo survey. You get 3 lousy
engineers and keep escalating the case. The forth engineer is great and
fixes your problem. If you give poor Bingo rating to case because of bad
experience in mind about previous 3 engineers, you are not hurting any of
the previous lousy engineers but the good guy who really took care of you.
The way bingo works is, all your rating goes to the last engineer who own
the case. This is a very very bad Bingo concept from Cisco.
