can anyone help with a regular expression that would permit bgp to
accept from a neighbor(EBGP) using an ip as-path access-list just the
routes that originate in the neighbor's AS and it's DIRECTLY connected
AS's?

Like if the neighbor is in AS 100 and directly connected with it are
2000 and 30000, the expression would match

100
100 2000
100 30000

and any other AS's DIRECTLY connected to 100
