Do a "show ip ospf" and see if the routers you think are ABR's actually
show "Is an Autnomous System Boundary Router"
Do you have any authentication setup? How about some configs?

Hello Team,
I am having a little trouble with OSPF. I have multiple areas and I have a
transit area configured on R3, R3 is connected to R5 and in Area 5. For some
reason the interarea routes are not being propagated to R5. R3 sees all the
routes like it should. On R5, I do a sh ip ospf nei, and I see R3 and vice
versa. Any idea what steps to do next?
