I'm not sure, but I seem to recall that the "debug cch323 h245" will display
the output of the capabilities exchange. That might show where the
negotiation is breaking down. Hint: look for "H245_EVENT_CAP_REJ"

Also, I think that "debug voip ccapi inout" will show capabilities exchange.
Look for something like "caps={codec=OxEBFB,... " under the cc_api_caps_ind
or cc_api_caps_ack sections.

I tested, when there is a codec mismatch between 2 dial-peer, then it is not
possible to call the remote site.
Unfortunately with "debug h245 asn1" I can see only my "local" configured
codec.
When I have no way the see the remote config, how I found out the codec code
of the remote site on my local router?
