Internet router to view full BGP table

Hi Every one,

I am looking for a BGP router on the internet that is available for the
public to access to look at the full BGP table
and routing table. I remember a while ago, someone posted the IP address
of this router. But I lost that email.
Could someone please post that information again? Thanks.
