I suppose it mught depend on your contract, but if your contract is
correctly registered in SCC,
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/ordering/ordering_service_and_return_ser
vice_contract_center_launch.html

you can go to the product upgrade tool
http://tools.cisco.com/gct/Upgrade/jsp/index.jsp

enter your contract number, click "select documentation" and choose the docs
you want. I got 2 complete 12.1 sets plus some additional docs for free. But
it may depend on your contract, so YMMV.

Subject: OT: Smartnet entitle to hard copy document?

Hi,

Sorry for the OT.

Do you know whether smartnet contract still entitle to a set of hard copy
documentation free of charge?

Thank you very much.

Regards,

Jeff
