Danny,
The two links belong to the "router link state" generated by the local
router, with ID 200.0.0.2. The two links represent two different things:
This link describes a neighbor: (the neighbor is 200.0.0.4)
Link connected to: another Router (point-to-point)
(Link ID) Neighboring Router ID: 200.0.0.4
(Link Data) Router Interface address: 150.50.24.2
Number of TOS metrics: 0
TOS 0 Metrics: 64
This link describes a locally attached network:
Link connected to: a Stub Network
(Link ID) Network/subnet number: 150.50.24.0
(Link Data) Network Mask: 255.255.255.0
Number of TOS metrics: 0
TOS 0 Metrics: 64
If you area still confused, have a read of the following (quite a good
read....):

Group,
In the below config and output of "show ip ospf data router self-originate",
I'm not understanding something. If I have only one interface in Area 1,
why does the router show 2 links? That first link in the output show ip
ospf data router self-originate is 200.0.0.4. This is actually the loopback
of the attached router. It is not self-originated.
