CDP over ATM SVC

Hi group,

does anyone try CDP over ATM ?

It is documented (newest IOS) that it's supported in only p2p sub-interface.

Now the requirement is to enable CDP over ATM SVC with classical IP.
I don't have ATM to check, below is my draft config, not sure if that works
or not.

class-vc ATM-CLASS
   protocol cdp
interface atm 1/0
   ......
   atm esi-address <...........>
   atm arp-server nsap <.......>
interface atm 1/0.1 point-to-point
   ip address <......>
   class-int ATM-CLASS
